Palm Desktop Deja Sync

I tried this SW it doesnt work and wasted a lot of time. I contacted support people, they told me to load a new version Deja and try again. So I did still didnt work. I have like 6k contacts and 10k calendar events I would like to sync with iPod and keep using the Palm Desktop so I wish it worked but it doesnt. Also when I did an initial Sync it tool over 2 hours a Raw Palm TX sync takes like 10 minutes over Bluetooth so something is extremely poorly coded
