DejaOffice CRM with PC Sync App Reviews

Ive used DejaOffice with Companionlink for Outlook for several years with my iPhone 4s/5s (office), as well as with my Galaxy 4s (personal). On the few occasions when I ran into problems there would always seem to be an update for Companionlink that solved the problem. DejaOffice and Companionlink make a great pair of programs for anyone wishing to keep their phone calendars and Outlook consistent!

My calendar was on Palm Desktop. Now I have it on my phone as well. Works great but set up is not easy. I ended up paying for setup but nothing else lets me sync with Palm

After probably 20 years as a devoted Palm user, it was finally time to move on. After a long search, I found Deja Office. This app was a godsend to move all accumulated tasks and memos from my Palm to my iPhone. AND my Palm Desktop will sync with the Deja Office on my iPhone. Highly recommend.

Sometimes it mysteriously works. Most of the time it doesnt. I updated to the most recent version and the problems remain. The pc software is expensive and its money wasted.

Although the app is designed to sync to other products, I find it excellent as a stand alone product for my IPad. DejaOffice fit my needs of being able to have a history/journal of events with contacts along with a great search and sort feature. You can call, email and print most data which is excellent when you need a paper copy or need to send someone information. It is so complete I am still learning new thing everyday. I have also contacted Support with a question and received a response the same day. Great service! And unlike some apps where they wont have an update in a year DejaOffice continues to update and support Apple software changes to ensure their product does not have issues. As to my wish or improvement would be to be able to switch between the different apps within the program without having to go to their home page first. As an example I would like to go directly from calendar and contacts skipping their home page but thats it. My only concern is the way it displays in Apples App. Store. Doing a search for CRM or contact manager does not show this product which is a shame because I think a lot of people dont know about this great program and I worry the apple base maybe slow to grow because of this. Give it a try......

Support - which you pay for - don’t exactly have the best attitude towards the customers. Suggest you do everything with them in writing. Would not recommend.

So good! Works as advertised. Easy to configure and very user friendly. Could not get through my day without it...

Companion Links Deja Office, Deja Cloud and related tech support have worked well for me for many years. If you have any issues just get ahold of tech support and explain what you would like to accomplish in lots of detail and they will make it happen for you! Very impressed.

I have used this for 4 years and have had great luck with it. It has never failed me I use chaos Intellect and an iPhone 6 Used a 4 for years with no problems So far no problems with the 6

I use this app to sync with ACT! from my Windows PC to both my iPhone and iPad and it works great. The service techs are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Have used this app for many years. I highly recommend it.

Since 1.8.5. (June 2015), the backup function has not worked. For such a critical function to escape notice from the developers is a disgrace. An update with a fix that passes Apples review is long overdue. Its September 14th and the fix may finally be in the Apple Store by next week. 3 months for the backup function to finally be restored is an embarrassment. I hope that this new fix wont break something else important. Please developers, do some regression testing first and make sure that core functions remain working. Also your customer support people should know what the outstanding problems are with the product. In July and August when I called, customer service had no idea what I was talking about concerning the failed backup function. I had to escalate the call to second tier.

This has been a 4-5 star app for me until these most recent updates. Now Im getting multiple copies of calendar items on my Apple Calendar (all on the wrong dates) for events in my MS Outlook. Cant tell what the right date is now without looking at my laptop (not always convenient to do that!).

Excellent app! Superb interface with ACT. Easy access tech support.

Does not sync contacts or notes accurately

It works but it is convoluted to set up, fortunately tech support can make it happen
